THE TRAILER

Our camper trailers are proudly produced & we offer nothing but the very best of hardware to ensure the trailer to be around when the rest have passed away.

The chassis is constructed from 75 x 50 3mm RHS (AUSTRALIAN STEEL) With our full length back bone support bar, this allows equal distribution of weight & stops any twisting or flex which in return stops all cracking & fractures of joints & welds.

All hardware is pre fitted & aligned prior to being sand blasted & the marine high build 2 Pac epoxy paint applied. (Metallic & colour matching to your vehicle is an option)

The body is then pressed from 1.6mm steel with the main join being down the centre of the trailer, this allows no moisture to be trapped between the usually overlapped sheets.The body is also fully stitched to the chassis & siskaflex 253 adhesive applied to glue & seal all joints making it water tight.

3 new 4WD tires & rims (15 x 7) are included, but matching your own vehicles style & stud pattern is an additional extra.

LED tail lights are included on all our campers including the number plate light (never have to hange a globe again)

We supply stabilizing legs with large feet to allow good support even in the sandiest of conditions.

All the hinges are made from 316 marine stainless to take the constant pounding & large pinion sizes stops all hinges failing.

The roof is fitted out with an internal frame to support the heaviest of weights. Dual gas stay allows the top to be lifted with ease & support weight bearing down on the boat roller assisted rack.
Superior rubber sealing prevents any dust from entering & marine carpeted internals prevents any condensation.

Our campers boast expansive storage areas throughout the trailer, from the large
aerodynamic fuel saving designed front toolbox to the side & internal pull out draw
systems allowing full access on our hard top version.

The fully slide out kitchen can be added to give you that comfort that you’ve always wanted. The toughened smev glass topped stoves & sinks are an added bonus to allow maximum preparation area when cooking those 3 core meals in the bush.

A 65 litre water tank is built in underneath & can be either pumped by hand as standard or pumped automatically with the assistance of the 12v supply.

The tents on all our campers are made from 12oz (weighed 14oz) Australian made defab canvas.

The internal frame is made from galvanized RHS & is locked into place by 2 locking T nuts. (The only step taken when setting up)

All window and doors include separate breezeway fly screens & the heaviest of YKK
dual sided zips are double stitched in for maximum strength.The heavy duty PVC floor is sewn in to stop all the elements & nasty little guests from entering while you enjoy the large spaced sleeping areas.

All poles, ropes, pegs are supplied including spreader poles to allow maximum tension
to be attained on the annex / awning so that it can be free standing & ropes don’t need to
be used at all.

An awning is provided with all base models, but can be upgraded to a full enclosed annex
with full canvas walls added around the cooking area for added protection.

Last of all our campers are made to be set up with the easiest of ease, a one man
Operation can set up the basic unit in approximately 20sec (2 locking nuts ) this allows
Plenty of time to be enjoying the reason your there in the first place RELAXATION.
